The largest freight brokerages and 3PLs have spent years and millions of dollars building internal tools: agent pipelines that auto-check carrier invoices, systems that detect service failures before the shipper calls, and document workflows that classify a signed POD and reconcile it against the load record without a dispatcher touching anything.
Independent brokerages running 5 to 500 dispatchers have not had access to that infrastructure. They run on TMS software that manages the load record, and they fill the gaps with email, spreadsheets, and dispatcher time.
LogAI closes that gap. It sits beside the TMS — not instead of it. McLeod, MercuryGate, and Trimble are integrations, not competitors. LogAI handles the layer above the TMS: document ingestion and classification, carrier invoice audit, exception monitoring, automated check calls, and the billing readiness gate.

The erp.io suite connects freight operations (LogAI) with billing and AR (Pey), e-signatures (Sign), voice automation (Phony), and CRM — all sharing the same data model and the same event spine. When LogAI emits a carrier AP bill, Pey receives it. When LogAI needs a rate confirmation signed, Sign handles it. When LogAI needs a check call placed, Phony places it.
You can use LogAI standalone alongside your existing TMS and accounting stack. Or you can use the full erp.io suite. Either way, LogAI handles freight operations.

LogAI is purpose-built for freight brokerages and forwarders. It does not handle fleet maintenance, driver HR, or owner-operator settlement — those belong to a TMS or a fleet management platform. LogAI handles what happens between when a load is tendered and when the carrier invoice is paid and the customer invoice is sent.
We do not publish vanity metrics or invented customer testimonials. LogAI is in active development. The platform section of this site describes what LogAI does — not what it will do in a future roadmap.
