Motor carrier load tender transactions are parsed into normalized load fields. Missing required segments are flagged before any draft record is created, so bad data never enters the system.
Auto-Link to Pro Number
Documents referencing an existing pro number are matched to the open load record automatically. No dispatcher has to search, rename, or manually attach files.
Duplicate Detection
Near-identical rate requests—same shipper, origin, destination, and delivery window—are flagged before a second draft load is created. Your load board stays clean and your team doesn't work the same freight twice.
Rejection Queue for Unmatched Docs
